At Learning Land Nursery we aim to provide a high quality caring environment for you and your child.  We believe that each child and their parents/carers should be welcomed into the setting with a courteous manner and prompt attention.

We also believe that any concerns or complaints that a parent may have will be sorted out at an early stage with the manager Hilary McCarron or deputy manager Kiana McCarron.

Making Complaints/Concerns Known

If a parent/carer has a concern or complaint about the service we offer at Learning Land Nursery it can be discussed immediately with the Manager or Deputy Manager in charge and hopefully the problem will be rectified. The complaint will be investigated relating to the EYFS requirements and the outcome of the investigation will be passed to the parent/carer within 28 days. It will be kept on file for the foreseeable future and will be accessible to Ofsted at any time. The parent/carer also has a right to take the matter up directly with the registering body Ofsted at any time. (Contact details above)
